  Very good dr was our family dr for 20 something years sorry you guys didn't get the experience we had known him as a very patient polite and good at what he does sorry but as a family we had a wonderful dr

  I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Raouf and his staff. I don't usually post reviews unless they are exceptionally good or bad. This office is exceptionally good. Dr. Raouf cares. A lot of doctors I have been to feel like a factory line. Do I have to wait sometimes? Sure, but I'd rather wait and have them be thorough than just turn patients over quickly. I also would like to point out that not only is Dr. Raoud great, so is his staff. The nurses and office staff have always gone out of their way to help me out when I have needed it. I am grateful to them for all they have done and continue to do for me.

  Dr Raouf is a thorough and caring Dr. I feel very comfortable with his diagnosis and find him to be thoughtful and precise with his treatment. He will listen to me about medical concerns, and also about any concurrent emotional ramifications of those concerns. He is a positive and kind person. His office is well run, but extremely slow (presumably due to patient load). Expect to wait..and wait. If you can't, this isn't your dr. If you can, know that you will be given the same amount of attention that other patients receive. The quality of the care I receive negates the removal of a "Star" on this review. He's worth the wait.
